Privacy
What this site keeps.
Last updated October 7, 2026. This is the shop’s notice, not a law-firm policy. If you want something deleted, email us.
Forms
Order inquiries and the contact form ask for your name, email, phone, and whatever you write about the order. Those messages are emailed to info@sugarshenanigansllc.com. Job applications go to careers@sugarshenanigansllc.com and include the role, when you can work, and a short note about you.
If a CRM webhook is turned on, the same details are also sent there so the shop can reply without digging through a mailbox. We don’t sell that information.
Chat
A chat button sits on every page. Messages you type there are sent to RunOhm (api.runohm.com, tenant sugarshenanigans) so the shop can answer. Don’t put a payment card number in the chat.
Blog
Blog posts are loaded from RunOhm (api.runohm.com, with images from cdn.runohm.com). Reading the blog sends RunOhm the same basic request any web page does, like your IP address and browser.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics, measurement ID G-3TP8YRQB0L, to see which pages get visits. Google may set cookies and receive your browser, device, and approximate location. Their notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.
